WFJ: Let Me climb into your boat

Fear not! Be not anxious for anything; but let your requests be made known unto Me and trust Me. The peace of God, which passes all human understanding, will help you to stay calm, knowing that I’m in control of your life and you have nothing to fear! (Philippians 4:6)

Be not afraid, but trust Me! There’s nothing that I can’t solve, nothing too difficult for Me. All you have to do is to trust Me with the situation and let Me take care of it. There’s nothing that I can’t fix, nothing that I can’t work out, if you just trust Me that I will take care of it. But you have to trust Me, because “he that comes to Me must believe that I am, and that I reward them that diligently seek Me.” (Hebrews 11:6)

Do you remember when I was sleeping on the boat, while the storm was raging and My disciples were afraid that we were going to sink? I was sleeping peacefully and trusting, but they were scared that the boat was going to go down! After calming the winds, I asked them: “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?” (Mark 4:37-40)

I another occasion I saw them being “distressed in rowing, for the wind was contrary unto them”, so I walked up to the boat and said to them, “Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid.” Then “I went up into the boat with them; and the wind ceased.” (Mark 6:48-51)

Sometimes it can seem that you are rowing against a wind that is contrary unto you, or you are afraid that your ship is going to sink, but “be not afraid!” Trust Me! Just let Me climb into the boat with you, and you will see that the wind and the waters will calm down and you will be able to rest peacefully and tranquil, just like I did while I was sleeping in the boat. To those who trust Me, I have promised rest! Rest in Me, therefore, and trust Me with your difficulty, I will take care of it! I love you.

It is vain for you to rise up early, to take rest late, and to eat the bread of toil; for so He gives unto his beloved sleep. (Psalms 127:2)
