WFJ: Forgiveness is a healing balm!

11 January 2010 2 Comments

Open your heart to Me, don’t be afraid! I’m not here to judge you for whatever you did that might have hurt others, or even yourself! I’m “not here to condemn, but to save” (John 3:17) you and take you into My open arms, so that  one day I can carry you home with Me, to be forever together “in My Father’s house”, where “there are many mansions” (John 14:2)! All that you ever dreamed will become a reality in My Father’s Kingdom, where we will spend eternity together, you and I, with all of those that we both love!

Love is the key to every human’s heart, for love is what the whole world is yearning for! “Love is the bond of perfection” (Col. 3:14) that will capture the hearts of those you love, during your time on earth, and will bring them home with you and Me! Every person that you will have loved into My kingdom here on earth, will one day be found in My Father’s house, where you will spend eternity together with them! There’s nothing that has already been “loosed on earth” that you will have to again “loose in Heaven” (Matt.18:18), and that’s why it’s so important that you do it while you’re still here on earth, that you try to reconcile with those that have been hurt by you and ask for their forgiveness!

You can write them a letter, share your heart and ask their forgiveness for whatever might have hurt them! You can tell them that you’re sorry and ask for forgiveness and, once you have done that, you will be released from the past and it will not hurt you anymore! You will remember it no more, just like the Father “remembers your sins no more” (Hebrews 10:17) once you have washed them “and made them white in the blood of the Lamb” (Rev.7:14). Forgiveness is a key to free you from the past and help you move on. It’s one of the balms that I want to pour on people’s hearts. Forgiveness is a healing balm!

It’s for their healing that you need to ask their forgiveness! Whether they forgive you or not bears no record on your destiny, because once you have repented of your sins and have asked for forgiveness, My Father in Heaven has forgiven you and He will remember them no more! Whether they decide to forgive you or not will be a deciding factor on their healing and future, not yours! Yours is freed from the past and you can walk towards it with no fear or condemnation! “There is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus” (Rom.8:1)!

Just pray that they will forgive you for their own healing, so that they are released from the past and able to walk on to the destiny that I have prepared for them! That’s the reason that you need to ask them: for their sake, so they have a chance to forgive you and be set free from bitterness and resentment. When you ask someone to forgive you, even if it was not all your fault, and they might also be responsible for what happened, you are given them a chance to be released from the bondage of resentment and walk on free from the burden of the past! It’s for love that you do it! It’s because you love them and want to set them free! It’s not a question of who’s right or wrong, it’s a matter of love! Do you love them?

“Greater love has no man than this …” (John 15:13)

Dear brother Renato…you make it so clear that there is release and victory in forgiveness. So often we stay so stuck in the mistakes of our past that it becomes difficult to move to where our Father truly wants us to be. Letting go and leaping forward really occurs when we ask forgiveness and forgive others as our heavenly Father Jesus forgives us. Real love is released from our Father through us and others in our total surrender to Jesus. Thank you for your shared words as Jesus speaks to you through revelation of His Holy Word and prayer.

    Your brother Ben

Unforgiveness keeps you in chains. Forgiveness is a big key to moving on.
